McCormick Construction, U.S. construction expertise partner. MitchCo has partnered with McCormick Construction to provide specialist assistance for PerfectPark™ underground construction expertise. Founded in 1914, McCormick is a full service contracting firm, specializing in general construction and construction management of mid- to high-rise commercial and institutional buildings, industrial projects, retail and medical facilities, multi- family residential and interiors for both the public and private sector. The company has been a leader in adopting progressive construction techniques and procedures while maintaining a hands-on management style. Regardless of the project size, every client receives the same level of attention. History of PerfectPark™

The PerfectPark™ Automated Parking System was developed by world renowned civil engineering and heavy industry group, TREVI-Finanziaria Industriale (Trevi Group). Trevi are famous for many illustrious civil engineering projects including a runway underpass at JFK International Airport, successful stabilization of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Boston’s Central Artery tunnel and foundation work for the Milan subway. Trevi is also involved in deep excavation support, pre-tunneling technology, hydraulic drilling rigs, in addition to underground parking garages, and its Soilmec unit makes soil engineering and drilling equipment. Today, Soilmec is among the main worldwide leaders in the field of foundation rigs. Today, the Trevi Group operates on five continents and comprises 36 companies with 45 offices in 40 countries.

The First TreviPark System was installed in 1991 in the medieval Italian city of Cesena. Since that time, there have been a total of 17 installations in various Italian cities such as Rome, Milan and Turin. We are proud to say that the reliability of the system has been exemplary in all cases and look forward to continuing this outstanding record in the U.S.
